No Show Policy:
We do charge for missed appointments and for late cancellations. This ensures that our schedule stays full and that we are able to get patients in our office in a timely manner. If you have extenuating circumstances, that will be taken into consideration by your provider.
We require 24 hour notice of any cancellations. This means that Monday appointments need to be cancelled by Friday the week before. New patient missed appointment fees are $100.00. Existing therapy patients will be charged $75.00 per occurrence. For Drs. Cottle and Hansen and Teresa Hurst, and Jessica Carter, Brian White, Jennifer Chatmon and Regina Mozingo the fee for existing patients is $50.00 per occurrence. (Missed appointments include less than 24 hour notice of a cancellation.)
If you feel as though your condition is life threatening, contact 911 immediately for transport to the nearest hospital or emergency clinic.
Medication Refill Policy:
We understand that taking your medication regularly is important to your care. If you need a refill, please contact your pharmacy in plenty of time ahead so that there are no delays in your medication regimen. Two to three days ahead is preferred. If you have a controlled substance refill that needs to be sent to a pharmacy, please contact us at least three days ahead of time and let us know. There is no guarantee that you will receive a refill same day, especially if you contact us with less than 24 hour notice.

We highly recommend that each patient contact their insurance company ahead of time for appropriate mental health benefits and authorizations. We will collect the amount due at the time of service.
Other insurances are accepted depending on which provider your appointment is with.
Crossroads Psychiatric Group has an office in Greensboro only. If necessary, hospital treatment is available in several local hospitals.

We are a division of Cone Health System known as the Cone Health Medical Group.
We refer our patients with inpatient needs to Moses Cone Behavioral Health Center.
